01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "208pub" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 208pub.net, operated in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.
• "Platform" means the 208pub website, mobile application, and all associated services and features.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 208pub Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 208pub Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 208pub Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 208pub Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the 208pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. 208pub strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on 208pub.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 208pub is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 208pub or by any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 208pub, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 208pub Platform, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You may hold only one Account on 208pub at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You must notify 208pub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
• 208pub reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• 208pub reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that does not pass identity verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

05 Deposits & Payments

208pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 208pub's discretion.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.
• 208pub does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 208pub accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 208pub Account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly.
• 208pub reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms.
• All transactions on 208pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

06 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Your Account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. 208pub reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Bank transfers may take up to five (5) business days.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been satisfied.
• 208pub reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

208pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. 208pub reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• 208pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

08 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 208pub Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the Platform:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 208pub system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on 208pub.
• 208pub reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was subject to a manifest error in the odds, lines, or game parameters at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 208pub will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• 208pub reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or combination of bets at its sole discretion.
• All sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing governing bodies).

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 208pub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on 208pub, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 208pub staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

208pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We recognise that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 208pub Platform without the prior written consent of 208pub.
• The 208pub name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 208pub. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 208pub's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• 208pub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 208pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• 208pub's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 208pub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

208pub collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

208pub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 208pub will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 208pub Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 208pub's customer support team for resolution. 208pub will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

208pub's decisions on all gaming matters — including the outcome of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the interpretation of game rules — are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
